Once your deck passes all its inspections we will receive and send you the final approval letter
In order to ensure your deck is being built safely, you or your contractor need to book inspections at various stages of your deck build
Conducted when footing sono tubes are set but before concrete is poured. If your deck is being built with screw piles then this inspection is replaced by an engineering report from your pile installer
Conducted once the deck and step framing is done but before any decking is installed
Conducted after all construction is complete
When ready for an inspection book with your local building department. If we are conducting your permit we will send you the results as they come in
